A note from Mr. Coers.

3:30pm - load and leave for the show
4:15pm - Arrive unload quickly and efficiently
5:00pm - Warm up time..run exe4rcises and show segments
5:24pm - Perform

Immediately after performance load and return to gym to watch remainder of contest.

All previous behavior rules shall apply!

DO'S and DON"TS:

DO:

• Bring Your Practice Pads!
• Invite Family and Friends to the Contest!
• Bring Money for Concessions After the performance, or you may bring a sack lunch for after the show.
• Stay and watch other groups and cherer respectfully
• Remember that you represent Basic High School and behave in a manner that is positive and supportive of all other groups.
• Make sure to eat something after school and before our loading time as we will not eat again until after our performance at 7:00pm
  

DO NOT:

• Use profanity or off color language or inuendo anywhere around the event.
• Eat concessions until after the performance.
• Leave the contest building for any reason
• Behave inappropriately on the bus. Do....Keep volume to a respectful level and use the time to propare for the show.

DRESS FOR THE PERFORMANCE WILL BE :
All black.. black pants, shoes, long sleeve black shirt, black socks. Hair and makeup will be conservative. No hats or jewelry will be allowed.

There will be a minimal charge for admission to all the SNIPA Contests.

We will need parents to help with loading and driving a truck. Please have interested parents contact MaryKay in the band office 799-8000 ex 4040.

Double check all your own equipment before leaving. DO NOT Tell someone else "To load your stuff.

Have rides pre-arranged to pick you up at Basic at this time.

Everyone helps unload the equipment truck. All equipment must be unloaded and put away before anyone can leave Basic to go home.
